MOTOR ERROR
If the error " MOTOR ERROR " appears on the lock panel, there are several reasons for this error:
- The batteries in the lock are out . Solution : You will need to change the batteries in the lock (link to change batteries)
- The batteries have come loose . Solution : You will need to put the batteries back in the lock correctly.
- System failure . Solution : You need to restart the lock, that is, connect a portable charger to the lock, then the lock will restart and after that the error should go away.
- Marriage. Solution : If the lock does not restart after rebooting, you need to contact your supplier/partner/agent from whom you took the lock to exchange it for a working lock.
