2.1 The landlord's identity verification is done manually, after you have purchased the lock and uploaded your documents, inform the partner or curator from whom you took the lock so that ApartX can verify your identity.

3. After confirming your identity, the system will transfer the lock to you. Acceptance of the lock from ApartX:
